Founded by a CHW Austinite,  Overflow OHM™ (Our Health Matters) aims to honor the collective work of social service providers that make Austin the most inclusive, caring, and kind city it can be. Oftentimes, we continue even when overextended and yet still give from empty vessels. This is a call to activate our wellbeing through relaxation and restoration because our health truly does matter. Let's celebrate our collective compassion that amplifies our rebalance...because when in overflow, our health matters too.
