Hi, I'm Imogen.
I am a BACP registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
My therapeutic approach is Psychodynamic and Person-Centred.
As a therapist, and someone who has gained a lot from therapy myself, I know the importance of feeling the trust, care and safety needed in the therapy room. I aim to always create an environment where you feel safe, comfortable and supported.
My role is to provide a space where you can openly explore what’s on your mind. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, life transitions, or unresolved past experiences, my approach is centred on listening without judgment, offering guidance when needed, and supporting you in a way that respects your pace and comfort.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework. This can be found here: www.bacp.co.uk
I have previous education in additional therapeutic studies, childcare and art and design.
I have a wealth of experience working as a counsellor with a London based charity. Here I work with a diverse group of adults aged 18+, working on a short term, one-to-one basis.
