Nuria's blog at Ins Sta Eugènia

THIS IS ME

Hello, my name is Núria and I teach English as a foreign language in Institut Santa Eugènia, in Girona, Spain. Our school holds Secondary, Bachillerato and VET studies. I have been in eTwinning since 2018 and I love to have a few projects every year and obtain the quality labels afterwards. I have a background in Science and love our Planet, therefore I would like to make it more sustainable and show students how to recycle and how to reduce plastic at school and at their homes, among other actions. Our school also holds some Erasmus projects and is accredited, so, one of my recently favourite activities is to show in situ different cultures to my students, they like it so much, and so do I! I am currently the coordinator for Erasmus activities in my school. If you are interested in having an eTwinning or Erasmus project together, please don't hesistate in contacting me at: nplantal (at) xtec (dot) cat.

ERASMUS PROJECTS CARRIED OUT IN OUR SCHOOL

This project was called "Many Cultures, One Planet" and the main objective was to expand knowledge about the Sustainable Development Goals.

In 2021 we got the accreditation for our School, in general education, and on the schoolar year of 22-23 we carried out two mobilies, one to Greece and the other to France. Our main objectives were to improve motivation on learning a foreign language and to boost knowledge about other countries.
