UNITED STATES FEDERAL GOVERNMENT
Qualified immunity for law enforcement must be ended on a federal level; law enforcement should be held to the same ethical, moral, and legal standards as civilians in all cases of bodily harm or loss of life
STATE OF WISCONSIN
The state of Wisconsin must ban all actions by law enforcement that restrict breathing or circulation (including but not limited to choke-holds) as well as a complete ban on "No-Knock Warrants"
MILWAUKEE COUNTY
Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm must resign; he has proven that he will not respond to our community's demand for police accountability through his history of siding with law enforcement in cases of bodily harm and loss of life suffered by Wisconsinites of Color.
CITY OF WAUWATOSA
Chief Barry Weber must be fired or resign expeditiously due to a history of negligence, targeting, and profiling when it comes to Wauwatosa Police's interactions with Wisconsinites of Color and his willingness to support immoral actions such as the brutalization of anti-police-brutality protesters and the repeated killings of young Men of Color perpetrated by Officer Joseph Mensah.
