Our Creeks, Our Communities will celebrate all things that make the Walnut Creek Watershed unique! This partnership will open up new opportunities for Walnut Creek community members to identify and prioritize watershed stewardship projects. The goal of the Urban Waters Partnership is to connect the residents throughout the watershed with opportunities to volunteer, engage, and protect Walnut Creek and its tributaries.
