End-User License Agreement (EULA) of Our App
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and TechTribe and governs your acquisition and use of our app software ("Software"), whether obtained directly from TechTribe or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor ("Reseller").
Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation and using our app software. It outlines your license to use the Software and includes important information about warranties and liability disclaimers.
If you register for a free trial of our app software, this EULA will also apply to that trial. By clicking "accept" or installing and using the Software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you lack such authority, or if you disagree with any terms in this EULA, do not install or use the Software, and do not accept this agreement.
This EULA only applies to the Software provided by TechTribe, including any updates, supplements, Internet-based services, or support services, unless separate terms accompany these items, in which case those terms apply.
License Grant
TechTribe grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use our app software on your devices, in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
You are allowed to install and use the software on devices under your control (e.g., PC, laptop, mobile, or tablet), but it is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the minimum system requirements for the Software.
You are not permitted to:
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or change any part of the Software.
Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the Software.
Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or use the Software for commercial purposes.
Allow third parties to use the Software for their benefit.
Use the Software in violation of any local, national, or international laws.
Use the Software in any way that violates this EULA as determined by TechTribe.
Intellectual Property and Ownership
TechTribe retains ownership of the Software, including all copyrights and intellectual property rights. All modifications or enhancements are also the property of TechTribe.
TechTribe reserves the right to license the Software to third parties.
Termination
This EULA takes effect when you first use the Software and remains in force until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by providing written notice to TechTribe.
It will automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, all licenses will end, and you must stop using the Software immediately. Certain provisions of this EULA, by their nature, will survive termination.
Governing Law
This EULA and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
