 AKA MAKATA (Greece)

"Distance learning using outdoor learning in pre-schools"


Our Outdoor Education activity is designed to provide the educational teams of the different early childhood schools that form this partnership with the basic skills and tools to lead a variety of group exercises and challenges, problem solving games, experimental activities in nature in combination with new digital tools to work in schools, both in local parks and urban environments.


The aims of this training are:


- To learn about the key elements and growing trends related to outdoor education and teaching outside the classroom.

- To learn and discuss the principles and cultural aspects of outdoor education.

- To learn how to design, plan and deliver inspiring outdoor education activities.

- Experience and practice outdoor and environmental education working methods and approaches.

- To combine distance learning with outdoor activities for children through ICT tools and innovative ideas.

- Get to know and experience practical activities and group games that could be used and integrated in a real course;

- To learn how to use outdoor education for personal, social and relational development.

- To exchange good practices and share experiences on outdoor education with the project partners.

- Networking with project partners.

2nd Activity

 DJEČJI VRTIĆ PAHULJICA (DV)

"Digital transformation of early childhood education"


The aim of the activity is to provide conditions for the acquisition of digital competences of educators in order to improve the quality of educational work. ICT has an important role in the modernisation of educational work with early childhood and pre-school children. It enables educators to:

- To make their work visible through the production of various presentations.

- To update the methodologies of recording, planning and evaluation in educational work.

- To run their own electronic portfolio that follows their professional development.

- To follow up the interests and needs of the children and individualise the educational work with the help of an electronic portfolio for each child.

- To modernise cooperation with parents and provide a deeper insight into the child's educational work and achievements.

- Connecting different educational institutions in order to exchange knowledge and experience.

- To apply their knowledge in direct work with children.


3rd Activity

E.I. JAVIER GARCÍA PITA

"GENIAL.LY"


With this activity we want to introduce "Genial.Ly" an online software that allows you to create animated and interactive presentations.

The objectives of the activity are:

-To facilitate the acquisition of basic knowledge about this software.

-To get to know the possibilities that the software offers to carry out activities with early childhood education students.

-Practical content development, such as online assemblies when students cannot attend class, or learn by playing.

-Reflecting on the possibilities of the software as an inclusive working tool.

-Sharing uses and good practices.
