Introduction
The Our Moments app for iOS and Android respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the data we collect, how we use it, and how we ensure its security.
Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect any form of analytical data, including anonymous analytics or crash logs.
We do not access or read your screenshots or the data inside them. Text recognition, if used, is powered by Apple’s Vision Kit (iOS) and Google's ML Kit (Android). All processing occurs on-device, and no data is sent to external servers.
The app requires an Internet connection only for features such as auto-updates and license activation. No other online activity is necessary for the app's basic functionality.
Permissions We Request
Accessibility Permission
Required to take screenshots for use within the app. We do not read or store any data in your screenshots.
Device Information
When you activate a license key, we collect the following information to help manage your license:
Device Name (e.g., "iPhone 14 Pro Max", "Samsung Galaxy S23") – Used for identifying your device in the License Manager.
Device ID (hardware identifier) – Used to prevent misuse of the license key across unauthorized devices.

- Subscription Information
Our Moments offers two types of subscriptions: a weekly plan and a lifetime plan. Both options come with a 3-day free trial, giving you full access to premium features before any charges apply.
- Weekly Plan
The weekly plan costs $3.99 and renews automatically every 7 days. If you do not cancel during the 3-day free trial, you will be charged at the end of the trial and then weekly until you cancel.
- Lifetime Plan
The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase priced at $59.99. You also get a 3-day free trial. If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged once and receive unlimited lifetime access to premium features.
- Free Trial
Both plans offer a 3-day free trial. You won’t be charged during this period. However, if you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically start and you’ll be charged accordingly.
Managing Your Subscription
You can cancel or manage your subscription at any time through your device settings:
On iOS: Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
On Android: Go to Google Play > Subscriptions
Make sure to cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free trial or current subscription period to avoid being charged.
Important Subscription Terms
Auto-Renewal: By subscribing, you agree to the auto-renewal terms. This means that at the end of each billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and charge your account.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Subscriptions.
Third-Party Services
We do not share any of your personal data with third-party services unless required by law.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android), which have their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
We will only retain the data we collect for as long as necessary to provide the services you request.
We take commercially reasonable measures to protect your information from loss, theft, or unauthorized access.
