Our Journey as FirstGen Puente Students, is a collection of FirstGen Puente student oral interviews (testimonios) that we conducted as part of our MiraCosta Community College Honors Program group project in Puente English 201 with Professor Venegas in the Spring of 2025. Four of us, Carlos Rosas, Behtzy Lopez, Isabella Lopez, and Gabriela Ramirez interviewed 12 FirstGen Puente Students that were part of our Puente cohort from the academic year of 2024-2025.
