I can refuse any request that I'm uncomfortable with or that exceeds my skills. I will make sure to let you know if it's ever the case. 

Usage of NFT/ AI are strictly forbidden. 

Please credit me if you're going to post the artwork(s) on your social media platform(s). 

I retain all the rights to my work, which include but are not limited to the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and/or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion and/or personal portfolios. By commissioning me, you will be agreeing to my ToS. 

Failure to follow my rules will get you blocked and blacklisted. 

Intellectual property rights

General:

• Will be decided via contract if you need any transfer of rights or if you’ll use my art for commercial use.

Artist’s Rights:

• The artist retains the copyright and moral rights to the commissioned artwork, unless exclusive rights are purchased by the commissioner.

• The artist may use the artwork for portfolio purposes, self-promotion, or as an example for future commissions unless agreed otherwise.

• The commissioner is not allowed to erase the watermark of an arist.

Commissioner’s Rights

• The commissioner may use the artwork for personal use (e.g., social media profiles, wallpapers, personal prints) without additional fees.

• For commercial use, an additional fee is required based on the intended usage (Standard, Extended, or Exclusive Rights).

Prohibited Uses:

• The commissioner cannot claim the artwork as their own creation unless exclusive rights are purchased.

• The artwork may not be used for NFTs, AI training, or blockchain-related projects without prior agreement.

Payment

Only via PayPal

Payment Split

• • The payment for the commission is divided into two equal parts (50/50).

Initial Payment After Sketch

• After receiving and approving the sketch, the commissioner must pay 50% of the total price. Work on the commission will not proceed without this initial payment.

Final Payment Before Delivery

• The remaining 50% of the total price must be paid by the commissioner before receiving the final completed work.

Order Cancellation

• If the commissioner cancels the order after making the first payment, the amount paid is non-refundable.

Commercial use

Any use requires mentioning the author, unless you buy the rights.

If you want to use the product for Commercial purposes:

Standard commercial use (100%) → $10 + $10 = $20:

• Standard Commercial Use (100%) – The commissioner can use the artwork for commercial purposes, such as promoting their business (e.g., social media, website banners, or advertisements). However, they cannot resell or redistribute the artwork itself.

Extended commercial use (200%) → $10 + $20 = $30

• Extended Commercial Use (200%) – The commissioner can use the artwork for a broader range of commercial activities, including selling printed products (e.g., T-shirts, posters, stickers). However, they do not own the full rights, and the artist can still use or resell the work.

Exclusive rights (300%) → $10 + $30 = $40

• Exclusive Rights (300%) – The commissioner owns full rights to the artwork and can use, modify, resell, or distribute it as they wish. The artist cannot resell or reuse the artwork in any form.

Communication

Communication can be done through Instagram, Tik-Tok, E-Mail.
