We recommend keeping your entourage small, with a maximum of four guests, to maintain a calm and enjoyable experience. Too many opinions can add stress, so choose those who uplift and celebrate you.

To ensure a calm and focused experience, children under 12 are not permitted during appointments. This helps create a peaceful environment where you can fully enjoy finding your dream dress.

It’s best to begin shopping 10 to 12 months before your wedding date. Oui Jolie Bride’s gowns typically take 4 to 7 months to arrive, with extra time needed for alterations. Starting early ensures a relaxed, stress-free experience and plenty of time to say “yes” to your perfect dress—and plan for bridal photos, too.

Yes, customization is possible depending on the designer’s policy and timeline. Your stylist will discuss any desired alterations—such as adding sleeves, altering necklines, or adjusting trains—and we’ll check with the designer if the change is allowed. Once the gown arrives at the boutique, you’ll coordinate with a seamstress to achieve your vision. Please note, additional fees and extended turn-around may apply. We recommend discussing changes during your appointment to ensure they fit your timeline.

Reservations should be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time. This gives us time to offer the suite and stylist to another bride and maintain the private-appointment experience. If you reschedule after that window, a new booking fee may apply. We appreciate timely communication so we can continue offering the calm and personalized visit Oui Jolie Bride is known for.

Oui Jolie Bride does work with many brides from out of state and offers virtual styling options when travel isn’t possible. You can schedule a video consultation, review gowns via curated photos/videos, and ship a sample if eligible. If shipping a gown, you’ll work with your local seamstress for fitting, and you’ll need to cover shipping and handling. While a visit in-person is highly recommended for the full experience, virtual options make it possible for destination brides to find their dress with confidence.
