Our goal as a club is to help our members nurture their shooting skill through a structured development process.

• We begin with novices embarking in two "Have A Go" sessions to ensure all shooters are safe with the shotgun.

• Next, shooters expand their shooting experience taking part in Open Practices where shooters are able to try a variety of clays and receive casual instruction.

• Our Junior Development Squad, aimed at Beginner shooters with more than one year remaining on their courses, can attend specific open practice sessions with our Junior Coaches (Alumni and Certified Instructor friends of the club).

• The Development Squad, aimed at Intermediate to Advanced shooters, will be invited to training sessions in Hilary Term with external coaches focusing on improving competition strategies, consistency and mastering difficult clays.
