USE THE LAB TO IT'S FULLEST
If the lab doors are open, feel free to walk right in!
If no Lab Monitor is present, please wait for one to arrive or inquire about it in the #lab-general chat on the OT Game Dev Discord server.
If no Lab Monitor is present but the doors are open, feel free to go in as long as you don't use any equipment that requires Lab Monitor supervision.
DO NOT UNPLUG/MOVE EQUIPMENT!
Please refrain from unplugging or moving equipment without a lab monitor's permission.
Use open outlets where available.
NO FOOD/DRINK AT LAB STATIONS
You can only eat/drink in the Design Space, 3D Scanning Area, and BYOD Area
When eating/drinking please keep your mess to a minimum and always thoroughly clean up after yourself.
KEEP VOLUME REASONABLE!
Please refrain from yelling and making any unnecessary loud noises as this may disturb other students who are trying to work.
DO NOT PUT FILES ON C:\ DRIVE!
Please try to install all software and store any large files on the computer's D:\ drive as the C:\ drive has very limited space.
KEEP EQUIPMENT IN THE LAB!
If you would like to sign out some lab equipment please talk to a Lab Monitor and they will have you fill out this form.
KEEP WHITEBOARDS CLEAN!
When you are finished using the whiteboards please make sure to erase them for the next person to use.
