What is TIDES? TIDES stands for Take-Charge Initiative for Diabetes through Education and Support.
We provide FREE one-on-one diabetes education for personalized self-management planning from a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist at Otto Kaiser Memorial Hospital. Our goal is to help you create a plan to take charge of your diabetes in a way that best suits YOUR lifestyle.
All services are offered at no cost to individuals and families in Karnes County and surrounding areas!
Free one-on-one appointments available during office hours, Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
Appointment required; walk-ins accepted on a limited basis.
