Terms & Conditions

All or part of your security deposit will NOT be returned if any items are broken, damaged or require deep cleaning, including any misuse of the Hot-Tub, please adhere to the Hot-Tub Rules for your own safety

If any damage exceeds your £50 security deposit you will be liable for the additional replacement or repair costs.

On booking we will require the lead guests name, home address, number of guests, telephone number & email address, your hire is dependant on this information and bookings can be cancelled before or during your stay if accurate information is not given. No refunds will be given if the information received is found to be inaccuarate in order to mislead the booking.

No Smoking in the caravan or on the decking please

Please be courteous & considerate to your neighbours, Music must be kept at a moderate level, Hottubs can be used between the hours of 10am - 10pm, with quiet time between 11pm - 8am.

Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable, payment due in full 4 weeks before arrival, 50% refund if bookings are cancelled 14 days or more before arrival, no refund given if bookings are cancelled less than 14 days before arrival.

We recommend Travel Insurance to cover any other aspect of your holiday
