1. Usage Rights:

   Otoyuki Shoya (音雪ショウヤ) is a character created for use in UTAU. Users are allowed to use his voicebank and character image for non-commercial purposes, including creating and sharing songs, illustrations, and other media.

2. Attribution:

   When using Otoyuki Shoya's voicebank or character image, users must credit the creator and include the character's name, 音雪ショウヤ (Otoyuki Shoya), in any public works or media. Additionally, users can include the credit @iShoya if possible.

3. Commercial Use:

   - Users are allowed to use Otoyuki Shoya's voicebank for commercial purposes, provided that they credit Otoyuki Shoya (音雪ショウヤ) and the creator in all related media and works.

   - Redistribution of the voicebank needs permition.

4. Prohibited Uses:
