The OtakuVerse application is offered free of charge by DevoneSoft OtakuVerse. This SERVICE is provided by DevoneSoft OtakuVerse at no cost and is intended for use as is. If you choose to use our Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. 2. Age Restriction: The application cannot be used by individuals under 18 years of age. If a user's age is determined to be under 18 and their data is knowingly and willingly collected.

4. Advertisements and User Approval: Advertisements are present within the application to cover the costs of the application and provide users with personalized ads. Users accept to view these advertisements during OtakuVerse registration.

5. Device Compatibility and Errors: The application does not guarantee seamless operation on all devices, as errors may arise on older devices.

6. Use of Collected Information: Device information collected within the application, such as IP addresses and location information, is used to ensure account security and verification.

7. Account Deletion Request: When an account deletion request is submitted, the account is suspended for 30 days. If the account is logged in again within 30 days, the deletion request is automatically canceled, and the account remains suspended. Users can restore their accounts to normal via settings. However, accounts with deletion requests after 30 days are permanently deleted along with all data. It may take several days or months for the data to be deleted. Deleted accounts can never be accessed or recovered again.

8. Premium Accounts and Refunds: Refunds are not provided for premium accounts. Users are given a 7-day trial period. After 7 days, users can choose to pay for a premium account and can opt out of premium accounts at any time. Refunds are not provided due to copyright issues and for viewing premium content. Additionally, premium accounts may be canceled due to unpaid monthly or annual fees. We would like to emphasize that the content and services offered in premium accounts are entirely owned by us. While premium account subscriptions are active, we reserve the right to suspend or remove OtakuVerse services and content. Additionally, accounts

9.  that do not comply with community and usage rules are closed without premium and no refunds are given.

10. Gifts and Earning Feature Not Valid in Beta Version: Users cannot earn money by sending gifts to each other in the beta version. Withdrawing balances in the beta version is not supported. The full version must be used to withdraw the balance, and the balance must be a minimum of 200 TL. Balances below this amount cannot be withdrawn. Only users approved and titled as content creators by us can benefit from this service.

11. Balance Deletion in Case of Account Closure: Users with balances in their accounts will have their balance permanently deleted if their accounts are closed due to non-compliance with OtakuVerse usage terms and community rules.

12. Cases Regarding Account Access: In case of account theft or forgotten password, the user must contact us. If possible, the user should reset the password. If no login information is remembered, the user should contact the OtakuVerse support unit.

13. Card Ownership for Balance Deposit: The card to which the balance in the account will be deposited must belong to the user and must be approved by the bank. If we determine that the bank information does not belong to the user or if the user is under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed, and all balance will be deleted.

14. Right to Refuse Payment or Delete Balance: OtakuVerse reserves the right to refuse payment or delete the balance with a specified reason.

15. Legal Requests: If required by state institutions or law enforcement agencies due to any illegal activities, OtakuVerse may legally share the data of the requested person with the necessary organizations and law enforcement or police in your country.

16. Prohibition of Fake Comments, Followers, and Likes: If fake comments, followers, or likes are sent to increase account activity, OtakuVerse will detect this and may request identity information and photos to verify the account. Accounts that fail to verify in this situation will be suspended, and the user will not be allowed to log in until the account is verified.

17. Privacy of Messages and Content Involving Crimes: OtakuVerse never stores users' messages, and they cannot be read by anyone else. However, if we receive a complaint about messages that constitute a crime, we may share these messages with the necessary state institutions, police, military, or law enforcement agencies in your country.

18. Sharing User Data in Cases of Harassment and Bullying Complaints: In cases where harassment and bullying complaints are received, we have the right to delete the account without reporting the user and share the user's data with the necessary state institutions, police, military, or law enforcement agencies.

19. Ban on Unethical Sharing and Product Sales: Sharing unethical content, selling products, or distributing harmful software on OtakuVerse will result in account deletion or closure.

20. Ban on Drugs, Substances, and Harmful Chemical Contents: Sharing visual or any kind of content related to drugs, substances, harmful chemicals, or promoting them on OtakuVerse will result in account deletion.

21. Ban on +18 and Pornographic Content Sharing: Sharing +18 and pornographic content is prohibited on OtakuVerse. When such content is detected, the account will be deleted, and the post will be removed.

22. Deletion Right for Fake or Impersonated Accounts: OtakuVerse has the right to delete accounts that are fake or impersonate others when detected or reported.

23. Data Backup Responsibility: OtakuVerse is not a backup or storage platform. OtakuVerse is not responsible for the loss of your data in the event of any negative situation. We recommend backing up your important data on a valid backup service.

24. Responsibility for Physical Meetings and Negative Experiences: OtakuVerse is not responsible for any negative experiences, including but not limited to death, fights, harassment, caused by individuals you meet and physically meet within OtakuVerse. In case of such incidents, we expect state institutions to contact OtakuVerse and may share the necessary data with state institutions. OtakuVerse is a social media platform and cannot determine who users communicate with or meet physically, and cannot ensure your physical safety.

25. Responsibility to Share User Contact Information: OtakuVerse is not responsible for sharing any user's address, phone number, or any communication information within OtakuVerse and the damages that may arise from this. OtakuVerse cannot ensure the physical safety of any user and cannot provide assistance.

26. Responsibility in Case of Data Loss or Cyber ​​Attack: Although OtakuVerse continuously works to provide a secure environment, please remember that the internet is not 100% safe. If data loss or a cyber-attack occurs one day and data is lost as a result, OtakuVerse cannot be held responsible. You should know that we are constantly working to ensure your virtual security, but we cannot guarantee 100% prevention. By using and registering for OtakuVerse, you agree to all these terms.

27. Age Limit and Parental Responsibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use OtakuVerse. OtakuVerse is not responsible for any damage caused by various tricks and the use of OtakuVerse by those under 18 years of age. It is important for parents to educate their children about conscious phone and technological device usage.

28. Psychological Disorders and Responsibility: OtakuVerse is not responsible for any negative situations, such as self-harm, suicide, or death, resulting from negative situations and bullying experienced within OtakuVerse. It is important to report such situations or messages to us to prevent such situations. OtakuVerse works to remove all users who do not comply with community rules, bully, or harass

29. Users Under the Age of 18:  Our application is intended for users aged 18 and above. If a user is found to be under the age of 18, their account will be permanently terminated, and all associated personal data will be irreversibly deleted in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
