This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Idle Story for Android or contact us for support.
Idle Story is provided by Vladimir Sazonov, an independent developer based in Israel, under the developer name Osyacat. For privacy questions or support, contact vova.sazonovvv@gmail.com.
Idle Story does not collect or transmit personal information, gameplay analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers or device identifiers to the developer or analytics providers. The game does not include analytics, crash-reporting or advertising services.
You can play without creating an account or providing your name, email address or other contact information. The game has no advertising, in-app purchases or cloud saving.
Game progress and preferences are stored on your device so that you can continue playing and retain your settings. This includes progress such as coins, experience, upgrades, collections and objectives. This information is not uploaded to us, and we cannot access or restore your saved progress.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it. To delete it, use Android Settings → Apps → Idle Story → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the game. Menu names may vary by device. Deleting local data permanently resets your progress and preferences. The game disables Android automatic backup.
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any attachments you choose to provide. Contacting us is optional and is not required to play the game. Please do not send passwords, payment information or other unnecessary personal information.
We use support correspondence only to respond to your request, resolve related issues and meet applicable legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on our legitimate interests in providing support and, when applicable, compliance with legal obligations.
We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and related follow-up, or as required by law or to resolve a dispute. You can request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing vova.sazonovvv@gmail.com. If we must retain any information, we will explain the reason.
We use Google's email service to receive and store support correspondence. This policy is hosted on Google Sites, and the game is distributed through Google Play. Google independently handles information when you use its website, email and app-store services under the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Support correspondence may be processed in Israel and in countries where Google operates, including the United States. Applicable data-protection requirements apply to this processing. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We disclose support information only as needed to provide support through our service provider, comply with legal obligations or protect legal rights.
We take reasonable measures to protect support correspondence against unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Game progress is stored locally and its security also depends on the protection of your device.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information you have provided to us, restrict or object to its processing, or complain to a data-protection authority.
To make a request, email vova.sazonovvv@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your request, and we respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not hold a copy of your local game data; you can delete it on your device as described above.
The game does not collect personal information from players of any age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through a support message, contact us so that we can address your request and delete the information where appropriate.
We may update this policy when the game's features or our data practices change. The current policy will be available on this page with an updated effective date. We will provide additional notice and obtain consent where required by applicable law.
