The idea with OstrichPower℠ is to use it for OstrichRoad℠ and give the excess power from the roof(see-thru perspex solar) to surrounding areas(possibly entire African continent, at least surrounding countries (pay as you go only - not even a buffer, as soon as it hits 0.00 it stops). Outlay cost to customer is 0 - I not want customers to be indebted, I like the good name better - (simple safe enclosed power line from OstrichRoad℠ to each country. The only payment the customers make is the actual power credit bought as pre-pay, pay as you go. Each individual could get their own card and own plug. This card then can be used at the public outlets should there be a need or electricity like charging a cellphone.

1. Each person get their own plug and own key-card. 

2. Singular market rate as per country, simple to calculate. 

3. There is scope for the first kettle equivalent of electricity each day to be free(however this is more of a 'emergency' system so maybe 1 pence per minute or maybe £1 per hour 50pence £1 per day or something similar like 1 pence per hour or £0.00027pence per second). Each person gets a key-card and can take advantage of this every day. This means you can get one kettle boil equivalent of electricity every day, thereafter if you want more then you buy electricity with your key-card at one of the dispensers/terminals.

4. The key-card works with a fingerprint authentication and is paired to the user.

5. You have to literally remove and insert the key-card each day by the paired user and has to remain inserted while using the service however this is still indecisive.

6. Each plug can only go up to 5000watt but at least 3000watt: So this means that you could do multiple appliances, however n big stove might use more so then downgrade size of stove.

7. For each individual with government subsidy(nice price) we could arrange a modified container with vault like door and emergency exit ( and 1x tap , 1x plug, small shower, disposable toilet, mattress, blanket, cushion).
