There is a saying that works so well with buying your first home; 'Begin, the rest is easy'. Buying your first home is stressful, nerve-wracking, full of doubt and being at the mercy of things you can't control. My job, and indeed any agent's job, is to make sure you are protected, aware and understanding of the circumstances we are in, and above all, know what the next step forward is, what your final goal is and the best path to get there.

I am uniquely positioned to help buyers in the category. Having purchased my first home in April of 2026, I know the stress and anxiety first-hand. 

I have made my business around helping people achieve home-ownership to not only give them a place of their own, but also to give them the freedom of their finances and freedom of choices in life. 

Selling a home is a very different experience than buying. Selling a home gives one persepctive on the transaction as well as having some real skin in the game. At this point, you have equity in the house, you have a mortgage to consider, and, more than likley, you have some heavier costs to consider. Having been on the listing side of short-sales and owned-out-right homes of all price-points and locations, I have the perspective and the understanding to; 

1. Walk you through what the selling process will look like. 

2. Give you my professional opinion to the price, location and condition of the home and how they pay off each other. 

3. Stand shoulder-to-shoulder with you with weekly updates, market movements, and buyer feedback. 

I am a Real Estate Agent (Realtor) because my philosophe is, "Help people who help themselves." I have been in Hospitality and Retail before I got my Realtor license and I was not overjoyed by booking a room or selling a sandwhich. Helping someone get a place of their own and seeing the glee and emotions when they are handed the keys is a magical experience.

It is easy, increasingly so, to doom scroll and consume fear-mongering media about how you'll over pay for a house, you'll end up paying five figures in property-tax, interest rates will bankrupt you, blah blah blah. You can achieve home ownership on your terms. It is a question of 'Are you ready?' and "what are we willing to compromise on?'

That's where I come in. Trust, communication, and truth are my cornerstones of a relationship with a client. I can't make you buy a house, I can't make you decide to be ready. I can do everything in my power to get you to your goal. Thats why I am a Real Estate Agent.
