We do not have a waiting room available at the clinic. We kindly ask that you arrive at your allocated appointment time. Bring only yourself as there is no space for anyone else to wait. 

Clinic Policies

We do require at least 24 hour advance notice when rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for another patient to take the appointment slot.

A Text Reminder is sent to you 24 hours in advance of your appointment. 

You will not be able to reschedule within 24 hours of your assigned appointment time and will be charged the full fee for the appointment.

How can I cancel my appointment?

Online Deposit is non refundable. This can only be credited to the patients account for future appointments.

Our desire is to be effective and fair to all patients and respectful of our assigned treatment times. If 24 hours notice is not given to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. 

Midleton Osteopathic Clinic is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a patient cancels without giving notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. 

Late for your appointment

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.

If you arrive late your session, it will be shortened in order to accommodate other patient whose appointment time follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will have to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the “full” session.

What happens if I fail to show up for my appointment?

Patients who either forget or consciously choose to not avail of their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”.  You will be charged the full fee for the missed appointment. 

Please keep in mind that the Clinic is a Medical Setting,  hence initial Consultation and follow up are essential for all patients.

New Patient Consultation is 50 minutes which includes completing of consultation form, examination and Treatment on the day.
