GENERAL

✦Purchasing my Commissions means you have read through and agree to my T.O.S

✦I have the right to decline your commission request if I am uncomfortable with aspects of it for any reason

✦Make sure to carefully read each other's details since some things are offered that are not applicable to certain offers

✦I share all commission art I make, with watermarked and with reduced quality. If you do not want your commission to be included in my portfolio, posted on social media or used to create content, make it clear in your request

✦I tag your social medias if they are available for posts, if you don’t want to be tagged you may request to not be so

PAYMENTS

✦All payments are done primarily through VGen

✦Payments made locally can be done directly through e-transfer

✦All payments are done UPFRONT, 5050 payments are only permitted for commissions over 100 USD if requested

REVISIONS

✦Revisions are offered during the following stages of the commissions: Sketch, Color, Render, and Final

✦Major revisions are allowed in the Sketch and Color stages

✦Only minor revisions are permitted once rendering has begun

✦Asking for major revisions will incur an extra charge

✦Feedback is welcomed and appreciated!

✦These rules do not apply to surprise me/skeb commissions which CANNOT be revised

✦W.I.Ps can be provided at any stage but will be at reduced quality and watermarked for animated commissions

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

✦Commissions will take anytime between one week to a month to complete

✦If you want your commission done at an earlier time or needs to be rush, an extra fee will be charged accordingly

✦Final product will be sent through email

USE

✦Commissions bought at the listed prices are for personal use

✦Use of commission for commercial use must be discussed thoroughly and made clear in your request

✦My commissions are not allowed to be used to train or generate AI models

✦My commissions are not allowed to be used for NFTS or anything involving cryptocurrency

REFUNDS

✦Refunds are NOT permitted once progress has begun at any stage

✦Full refunds are available if I have not started working on your commission

COMMUNICATION

✦Be sure to be as direct and as clear as possible while communicating with me

✦Any uncomfortable or inappropriate communication can result in me declining your offer

✦Communication is done primarily through Discord ( osricelle) or through VGen’s dms

✦Contact through Instagram, Twitter, or Bluesky will be redirected to the recommended communication forms if you have the intent to request

✦In order to guarantee your satisfaction, please make sure to provide details on specific character details, color, pose,expression, and a clear reference of your character

✦I will be sure to clarify any issues that come up in the process or suggestions I have

✦Feel free to ask about the progress of the commission at any time!
