Applications (including a resume) are to be returned to the submitted through this site no later than 4:00 p.m., Monday, February 17. In order for your application to be complete, you must submit an application, fill out the short-answers, upload a resume, AND sign up for one group interview and two individual interviews. The "Interview Signup" page on this site is where you can signup for all three interviews. No late or incomplete applications will be accepted.
Standard Interviews:
Your group interview, first individual interview, and second individual interview will be held on Saturday, March 1. You will have your group interview in the morning and individual interviews in the afternoon. We suggest you take this day off of work and clear your schedule now. You need to be present at all three interviews in order to be considered for an OSL position.

Group Interview (Saturday, March 1) Location: Frick Center
During the group interview, which will last approximately 30 minutes, you will get a chance to interact with other applicants on different group projects and activities. You will also get a chance to meet some of the current OSLs. Interviews will be conducted by returning OSLs, Orientation Student Leader Coordinators, and a number of University staff. Dress is business casual.
Individual Interview #1 (Saturday, March 1) Frick Center
During your first individual interview, which will last approximately 15 minutes, you will be asked some typical and atypical interview questions. Just relax and be yourself. This is your time to shine and tell us why you are the best candidate for the OSL position. This interview will be conducted by returning OSLs. Dress is business casual.
Individual Interview #2 (Saturday, March 1) Location: Frick Center
During your second individual interview, which will last approximately 15 minutes, you will be asked some typical and atypical interview questions. Again, just relax and be yourself. This interview will be conducted by the Orientation Student Leader Coordinators and University staff. Dress is interview attire.
Make-Up Interviews:
These make-up days are only for those candidates who have a significant conflict with the Saturday interview day. You need approval from Samantha Migatz, Assistant Dean of Students, at (samantha.migatz@elmhurst.edu) prior to signing up for these interviews.
