The goal is to create a practical and efficient system to help volunteers with administrative tasks, allowing them to spend more time on their core mission of helping defenders and those in need. By automating and structuring key processes, the system has reduced paperwork, improved coordination, and increased overall efficiency.

By automating and structuring key processes, the system has reduced paperwork, improved coordination, and increased overall efficiency.
This project was developed in close collaboration with volunteers, humanitarian organizations, and logistics coordinators to create a system that simplifies refugee registration, warehouse inventory management, volunteer coordination, and document issuance. I worked with other developers to implement key functionalities, as well as with volunteer coordinators to ensure the system met real-world needs.
I played a dual role in the project, contributing both as a UI/UX designer and Oracle APEX developer:
🔹 As a UI/UX designer, I ensured the platform was intuitive and easy to use, providing guidance on layout, navigation, and accessibility so that volunteers could focus on their work without struggling with the interface.
🔹 As an Oracle APEX developer, I was responsible for:
Developing and modifying Oracle APEX pages to support key volunteer operations
Creating page processes for smooth and efficient data entry
Customizing Oracle APEX themes to enhance both aesthetics and functionality
The system significantly optimized volunteer operations, leading to:
✅ Faster and more efficient refugee registration and documentation processing
✅ Improved warehouse inventory tracking, ensuring supplies were well-managed
✅ Streamlined volunteer and transport coordination, allowing for better resource allocation
✅ An intuitive and user-friendly interface, reducing onboarding time for new volunteers
By combining strong technical development with thoughtful UI/UX design, I helped create a powerful, easy-to-use system that empowers volunteers to focus on making a real help.
