Tickets for the event will be €40. We will distribute each actor approximately 5 tickets to sell, hopefully by the third rehearsal. Actors will then sell their tickets and give the money to the group leader. Each actor will be given one complimentary ticket as a thank you for their hard work!
If you get a Corporate Sponsor of €100 to €1,000 then you will need to make sure that they email cbfilmawards@gmail.com with their ad and/or logo. A Full page ad is A5 sized (210mm H x 148mm W), and half pages are half an A5 (105mm H x 148mm W). You can find full details on the corporate sponsorship in the letter which you can download here. Please note each sponsor of €500 or €1,000 will receive two complimentary tickets to the event.

Enter the email address you provided in the form sent out on the WhatsApp group
You will then receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password
When you receive this it will bring you to the log in screen and you can log in to view and edit your idonate page
Unfortunately there were 20 actors who did not provide their email address so we had to manually set up accounts using committee members email address - please contact David Cully on 0868517184 for help on this.

You log it on iDonate as an 'Offline Donation' and give it to your leader. The leaders are then responsible for passing it on to the treasurer.
An offline donation is any donation you may have received other than via the iDonate platform. Examples of this include: Cash ,Revolut, bank transfer etc. You need to log these donations as an Offline donation and then make sure the funds are passed onto your Leader.
Please note that this needs to be done on a computer (not on a phone)

Login to your iDonate account – see step 1 above
Once logged in select "my donors", then select "offline donations"
Then select ADD Donor
From here you add each person /donor who sponsored you – make sure to select the ADD button after you enter each donor
Enter each donor (person who gave you money) in the donors field – recording the date and the amount you received
Once entered your total will update, your film total will update within 5 minutes
Your donor will then be added to the raffle for the €500 voucher at the Connaught Hotel
Yes, once it is entered on the iDonate platform it will be then recorded against you as an actor and also your film
iDonate charges1.95% which are the credit card/apple pay/google pay charges for the transaction. iDonate are a not for profit organisation so each donor has the option to donate money additional money to the iDonate service as an option. Note there are no charged for offline donations, so don't be afraid to record them!
