This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our mobile applications, games, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the applicable Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
For purposes of some data protection laws, we act as a “controller” (or equivalent) for information we process about you. Terminology like “personal data,” “personal information,” or “PI” is used generically to mean information that identifies or relates to an identifiable person.
Account/Profile: display name, username, age or age range, country/region, avatar, language, preferences.
Social Features: forum posts, chat messages, friend lists, comments, user-generated content. We may access, moderate, record, and store these to protect users and the Services.
Support: messages you send to customer support and any metadata necessary to investigate issues.
Purchases: when you make in-app purchases, payment processors collect billing data. We receive non-financial transaction details (e.g., item, value, transaction ID) to fulfill orders.
Contacts (optional): if you invite friends, you may share contact details. You are responsible for having permission to share this information. You can remove imported contacts via in-app controls where available.
Device/Usage: IP address, device identifiers (e.g., advertising IDs), OS/browser type and version, language, time zone, app version, pages/screens viewed, session duration, clicks, crash logs, referrers/exit pages.
Cookies & similar technologies: used on web components to remember settings, perform analytics, and improve content.
Location: approximate or precise location if you grant permission. You can revoke permission in device settings.
Cross-device association: where permitted, we or partners may associate usage across devices to provide a seamless experience.
Social networks: if you connect a social account, we may receive profile information as permitted by that platform and your settings (e.g., name, avatar, friend list, login email, age range).
Operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Services and your experience.
Create and manage accounts/profiles; enable social and multiplayer features you choose to use.
Personalize content, features, and recommendations.
Provide support; communicate about updates, security alerts, and transactional messages.
Monitor and protect the safety, integrity, and security of the Services; detect, prevent, and respond to fraud and abuse.
Perform analytics, research, and measurement to understand performance and make improvements.
Deliver contextual or interest-based advertising where permitted by law and your settings.
Comply with legal obligations; enforce terms; resolve disputes.
We rely on one or more of the following:
Contract: to provide the Services you request.
Legitimate interests: e.g., security, service improvement, fraud prevention, analytics, and informing you about relevant features.
Consent: e.g., certain marketing, device permissions, geolocation. You may withdraw consent at any time via in-app or device settings.
Legal obligation: to comply with laws and regulatory requirements.
Service providers: hosting, analytics, customer support, security, messaging, and other operations.
Advertising & measurement partners: to deliver and measure ads consistent with your choices and applicable law.
Social visibility: if you opt in, certain profile elements (e.g., display name, avatar) may be visible to other users.
Aggregated/De-identified: statistics and insights that do not identify you.
Compliance & safety: in response to legal process, to enforce terms, prevent harm, or protect rights.
Offer walls: if used, you may see offers from third parties that credit in-game currency. A unique identifier may be shared to validate completion and prevent fraud.
Affiliates and business transfers: information may be shared with affiliates or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
We and partners use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate features, measure usage, and provide advertising.

Note: Opt-outs are device/browser-specific and may not block all ads; they typically limit interest-based (behavioral) advertising.
Access/Correction/Deletion: request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain information via in-app tools or support.
Permissions: change app permissions (e.g., location, notifications, contacts) in device settings.
Geolocation: disable precise location access in device settings.

If you connected a social account, please adjust privacy settings on that platform to control what information is shared with the Services.
The Services are not intended for children below the minimum age required by applicable law (e.g., under 13 years in the U.S., or as otherwise defined). We do not knowingly collect personal information from such users. If we learn we have collected such data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. In certain jurisdictions (e.g., EU), parental consent may be required for users under a specified age.
Information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Those countries may have different data protection laws. We take steps designed to protect information in accordance with this Policy and applicable law (e.g., using appropriate safeguards for transfers).
We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and context (e.g., transactional records may be retained for statutory periods).
We implement technical and organizational measures designed to protect information (e.g., encryption in transit where appropriate, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and logging out after use.
There is no common industry standard regarding how to respond to “Do Not Track” signals. At this time, the Services do not respond to such signals.
California residents have certain rights, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of “sale”/“sharing” of personal information as defined by law. We do not knowingly “sell” personal information for money. Some analytics/advertising activities may be considered a “share” under California law. You can exercise applicable choices via the controls described in sections 6 and 7.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Where local law grants additional rights or imposes specific obligations (e.g., EEA/UK, Brazil, Canada), we will honor those to the extent applicable.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or other appropriate means. Your continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
For privacy questions or requests, please use the in-app support channel or the contact form provided within the Services. If your request concerns a connected social account, please adjust settings on that platform and contact us via in-app support with relevant details so we can assist.
The Services integrate third‑party software development kits (“SDKs”), APIs, and partner services for functionality such as analytics, crash reporting, attribution, advertising, payments, and customer support. Depending on the SDK, these partners may collect and process information from your device or the Services (e.g., device identifiers, IP address, app usage, events, coarse/precise location if permitted). Processing by partners is subject to their own privacy policies. Below is a representative list to help you understand categories, typical data collected, purposes, and links to learn more. This list should be kept up to date with the actual build.

We aim to keep this section aligned with the SDKs included in current releases. When a build changes SDKs, this list should be reviewed and updated. Some SDKs are used conditionally (e.g., region, platform). The presence of an SDK does not mean all data types are collected in all contexts.
Note: This Policy intentionally avoids using any store or company-specific names or email addresses. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” denote the provider of the Services without naming a specific legal entity.
