Open Enrollment has begun, and time is limited!

We have been negotiating with United Healthcare and Kaiser Permanente to secure the best rates possible, and we have decided on Kaiser for the new plan year. We have selected comparable plans. Please see below for a breakdown of the main differences between your current United Healthcare Plan and your new Kaiser Permanente Plan.

The new plans and rates will go into effect September 1st.

If you currently have a United Healthcare plan with OSG and you do not take action, you will be automatically enrolled in the comparable Kaiser Permanente plan with the rates listed below, and you may not be able to make changes again until next year (unless you have a qualifying life event).

Friday, August 28th is the last day you can make changes for this plan year.
