Registration period

• Non-speaker participants: Deadline – November 16, 2026.

• Talk and poster presentation submissions: Deadline – September 11, 2026.

📢 Notification of acceptance for talks and posters will be sent by September 25, 2026.

Registration Fees (amounts in Brazilian reais – BRL)

For payments made until October 18, 2026:

• Undergraduate students: R$ 70,00

• Graduate students: R$ 150,00

• Professors / Researchers: R$ 300,00
  
  

For payments made from October 19, 2026 onwards:

• Undergraduate students: R$ 110,00

• Graduate students: R$ 200,00

• Professors / Researchers: R$ 400,00

Payment methods

Payments can be made via:

• Pix (available only for Brazilian bank accounts)
  
  

The bank account details and Pix key will be provided in the registration form.

At the end of the form, you will be able to upload the payment receipt or indicate that the payment will be made later.

Participants who do not have access to Pix (Brazilian instant payment method) can pay the registration fee in cash on the first day of the conference.
