Registration Period

• Non-speaker participants: Deadline – November 24, 2025.

• Talk and poster presentation submissions: Deadline – September 10, 2025.

📢 Notification of acceptance for talks and posters will be sent by September 26, 2025.

Registration Fees (amounts in Brazilian reais – BRL)

For payments made until September 30, 2025:

• Undergraduate students: R$ 50,00

• Graduate students: R$ 100,00

• Professors / Researchers: R$ 200,00
  
  

For payments made from October 1, 2025 onwards:

• Undergraduate students: R$ 100,00

• Graduate students: R$ 200,00

• Professors / Researchers: R$ 300,00

Payment methods

Payments can be made via:

• Bank transfer

• Pix (available only for Brazilian bank accounts)
  
  

The bank account details and Pix key will be provided in the registration form.

At the end of the form, you will be able to upload the payment receipt or indicate that the payment will be made later.
