I am a Research Officer at the Eurosystem (Central Bank of Italy - Economics, Statistics, and Research Directorate General) and Senior Fellow at The George Washington University. 

I hold a PhD in Law from the University of Turin and a MSc in Law and Finance from the University of Oxford.
