这些信息主要用于在您的设备上提供记账、统计、预算和账单管理功能。
Orvia 不会主动读取您的银行卡密码、支付密码、Apple ID 密码或其他账户登录凭据。
如果您主动使用相机或相册功能，Orvia 可能访问您选择的图片，用于：
为账单添加附件
保存消费凭证
识别您主动提供的支付截图或账单截图
Orvia 只会在您授权后访问相机或照片。
除非相关功能明确说明，否则 Orvia 不会自动扫描您的整个照片图库。
添加到 Orvia 的图片可能会经过压缩、元数据清理或其他本地处理，以降低存储空间占用并保护隐私。
Orvia 可以对您主动提供的支付截图、账单截图或其他交易图片进行文字识别，以帮助提取：

交易时间
收支类型
商户名称
支付账户
交易备注

在支持的情况下，OCR 和相关识别处理会尽可能在您的设备本地完成。
Orvia 不会因为提供 OCR 功能而自动读取您设备中的其他截图、通知或照片。
只有您主动选择、共享或授权给 Orvia 的内容才会被处理。
Orvia 可能根据您使用的功能请求以下系统权限。
用于拍摄账单、发票、收据或其他您希望附加到交易中的图片。
如果您不授权相机权限，您仍然可以使用 Orvia 的其他记账功能。
用于从照片图库中选择账单附件或需要识别的支付截图。
Orvia 仅在您主动操作时访问相应内容。
如果您开启应用锁，Orvia 可以调用 Apple 提供的 Face ID 或 Touch ID 系统接口验证您的身份。
Orvia 无法读取、保存或访问您的生物识别原始数据。
Face ID 和 Touch ID 的验证过程由 iOS 系统完成。
如果您使用 Apple Shortcuts（快捷指令）与 Orvia 配合记账，Orvia 可能接收您主动通过快捷指令传递给应用的数据，例如：

Orvia 不会通过快捷指令访问您未主动提供的其他个人数据。
Orvia 的账务数据主要保存在您的设备本地。

您设备上的数据受到 iOS 系统提供的安全机制保护。
如果您删除 Orvia，并且没有通过备份或云同步保留数据，本地数据可能会永久丢失。
如果 Orvia 当前版本提供并且您主动启用了 iCloud 或 CloudKit 同步功能，部分 Orvia 数据可能通过 Apple 提供的 iCloud 服务保存和同步。
此类数据由 Apple 的基础设施负责传输和存储，并受到您的 Apple ID 和 iCloud 设置控制。
Orvia 不会获取您的 Apple ID 密码。
您可以通过系统设置管理 iCloud 权限和相关同步功能。

如果您没有启用相关同步功能，Orvia 将继续主要使用本地存储。
Orvia 不会出售您的个人数据。
除非存在以下情况，否则 Orvia 不会主动向第三方共享您的账务数据：
您主动选择导出或分享数据；
您主动启用依赖 Apple 或其他服务提供商的功能；
法律法规要求披露；
为保护用户、开发者或其他人的合法权益而必须进行处理。
如果未来 Orvia 引入第三方云服务、统计分析服务、AI 服务或其他会处理用户数据的服务，本隐私政策会在相关功能上线前进行更新。
Orvia 当前不会为了跨 App 或跨网站广告目的追踪用户。
Orvia 不会出售您的账务记录用于广告画像。
如果未来 Orvia 引入广告、归因或需要 Apple AppTrackingTransparency 权限的功能，我们将在启用前更新本隐私政策，并按照 Apple 的要求请求您的授权。
iOS 或 App Store 可能根据您的系统隐私设置向开发者提供有限的崩溃报告、性能诊断数据或匿名化使用信息。
这些信息可能用于：

改进性能
排查错误
提高应用稳定性
此类信息通常不包含您输入的完整账单内容。
您可以在 Apple 设备的“隐私与安全性”相关设置中管理分析与诊断数据共享选项。
如果 Orvia 提供导出或备份功能，您可以主动将自己的数据导出为文件或备份。
导出的文件可能包含敏感的财务信息。
一旦文件被导出到 Orvia 之外，其存储位置、安全性以及后续分享行为由您自行控制。
建议您妥善保护导出的备份文件。
您可以通过 Orvia 提供的功能删除账单、账户、附件或其他数据。
部分被删除的内容可能会暂时保留在“最近删除”等恢复区域中，并在规定时间后永久删除。
如果 Orvia 提供“从头再来”或类似的数据清除功能，您可以使用该功能删除应用中的账务数据。
卸载应用通常也会删除保存在该设备本地的 Orvia 数据，但通过 iCloud、备份或其他方式保存的数据可能不受卸载影响。
Orvia 并非专门面向儿童设计。
我们不会故意要求儿童提供超出应用正常功能所需的个人信息。
如果我们发现因错误而处理了依法需要监护人同意的儿童个人信息，我们会采取合理措施进行处理或删除。
我们采取合理的技术措施保护 Orvia 中的数据，包括但不限于：
尽可能采用设备本地存储和处理
使用 iOS 系统提供的数据保护机制
使用系统级 Face ID / Touch ID 验证能力
减少不必要的数据传输
避免收集与记账功能无关的数据
但任何电子存储或传输方式都无法保证绝对安全。
因此，请妥善保护您的设备、Apple ID、设备密码和备份文件。

Orvia respects your privacy and the security of your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Orvia, including financial records, account information, image attachments, device permissions, and other information related to expense tracking.
We follow the principles of data minimization and local processing whenever reasonably possible.
When you use Orvia, the app may store information that you voluntarily create or provide, including:
Income and expense records
Transaction amounts
Transaction dates and times
Notes
Merchant or transaction descriptions
Categories and subcategories
Account information
Ledger information
Budget information
Refund and reimbursement records
Recurring transactions
Custom categories, accounts, and preferences
This information is primarily used to provide expense tracking, financial statistics, budgeting, and transaction management features on your device.
Orvia does not request or collect your banking password, payment password, Apple ID password, or similar authentication credentials.
If you choose to use the camera or photo library, Orvia may access images that you explicitly select or capture for purposes such as:
Adding attachments to transactions
Saving receipts or proof of purchase
Recognizing payment or transaction screenshots
Orvia only accesses the camera or photos after you grant the relevant permission.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Orvia does not automatically scan your entire photo library.
Images added to Orvia may be compressed, stripped of metadata, or otherwise processed locally to reduce storage usage and improve privacy.
Orvia may process payment screenshots, transaction screenshots, receipts, or similar images that you voluntarily provide in order to identify information such as:
Amount
Transaction time
Income or expense type
Merchant name
Payment account
Transaction note
Transaction category
Where supported, OCR and related recognition are performed locally on your device whenever reasonably possible.
Orvia does not automatically access unrelated screenshots, notifications, or photos on your device.
Only content that you explicitly select, share, or authorize may be processed.
The camera may be used to capture receipts, invoices, or other images that you choose to attach to transactions.
You can continue using other Orvia features without granting camera access.
Photo access may be used to select transaction attachments or screenshots for recognition.
Orvia only accesses relevant content when initiated by you.
If you enable App Lock, Orvia may use Apple's Face ID or Touch ID APIs to authenticate you.
Orvia cannot access, store, or retrieve your biometric templates or raw biometric information.
Biometric authentication is handled by iOS.
If you use Orvia with Apple Shortcuts, Orvia may receive information that you explicitly pass to the app through a shortcut, such as:
Images
Amounts
Dates
Notes
Categories
Accounts
Other transaction parameters
Orvia does not use Shortcuts to access unrelated personal information that you have not provided.
Orvia primarily stores your financial data locally on your device.
This may include:
Transactions
Accounts
Categories
Ledgers
Budgets
Attachments
App preferences
Other financial information created by you
Local data is protected by security mechanisms provided by iOS.
If you uninstall Orvia without maintaining a backup or cloud copy, locally stored information may be permanently lost.
If a version of Orvia provides iCloud or CloudKit synchronization and you choose to enable it, certain Orvia data may be stored and synchronized using Apple's iCloud infrastructure.
Such data is transmitted and stored through services operated by Apple and is associated with your Apple ID and iCloud settings.
Orvia does not have access to your Apple ID password.
You can manage iCloud permissions and synchronization through your device settings.
Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple processes iCloud data.
If cloud synchronization is not enabled, Orvia will continue to primarily use local storage.
Orvia does not sell your personal data.
Orvia does not intentionally disclose your financial information to third parties except when:
You explicitly export or share the information;
You enable a feature that relies on Apple or another service provider;
Disclosure is required by applicable law;
Processing is reasonably necessary to protect the legal rights and safety of users, the developer, or others.
If Orvia introduces third-party cloud services, analytics services, artificial intelligence services, or other services that process user information in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
Orvia currently does not track users across apps or websites for advertising purposes.
Orvia does not sell financial records for advertising profiles.
If Orvia introduces advertising, attribution, or functionality requiring Apple's AppTrackingTransparency authorization in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and appropriate permission will be requested before such functionality is enabled.
Depending on your Apple device privacy settings, iOS or the App Store may provide developers with limited crash reports, performance diagnostics, or anonymized usage information.
Such information may be used to:
Fix crashes
Improve performance
Diagnose technical issues
Improve application stability
Such diagnostic information generally does not contain the full financial records that you enter into Orvia.
You can manage analytics and diagnostics sharing through the privacy settings on your Apple device.
If Orvia provides data export or backup functionality, you may voluntarily export your information to a file or backup.
Exported files may contain sensitive financial information.
Once a file has been exported outside Orvia, its storage, security, and subsequent sharing are controlled by you.
We recommend protecting exported backups appropriately.
You may use features provided by Orvia to delete transactions, accounts, attachments, and other information.
Certain deleted content may temporarily remain in a recently deleted or recovery area before being permanently removed.
If Orvia provides a reset or similar data-clearing feature, you may use it to remove financial information stored by the app.
Uninstalling Orvia generally removes locally stored Orvia data from that device. Information stored through iCloud, backups, or other services may not be deleted solely by uninstalling the app.
Orvia is not specifically designed for children.
We do not knowingly request personal information from children beyond what is reasonably necessary to provide the application's normal functionality.
If we become aware that information requiring parental consent has been processed improperly, we will take reasonable steps to address or delete it.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect information stored in Orvia, including:
Local storage and processing whenever reasonably possible
iOS system data-protection mechanisms
System-level Face ID and Touch ID authentication
Minimizing unnecessary data transmission
Avoiding collection of information unrelated to Orvia's functionality
However, no electronic storage or transmission method can provide absolute security.
You should protect your device, Apple ID, device passcode, and backup files appropriately.
Certain Orvia features may rely on services provided by Apple, including:

StoreKit
These services are operated by Apple under Apple's own privacy policies and terms.
Orvia does not control Apple's independent processing of information through those services.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Orvia evolves.
If material changes are made, we may notify users by updating this page, providing an in-app notice, or using another reasonable method.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be changed accordingly.
