Clara graduated with a BSc in Biology at the University of Jaén, Spain. She then joined Alberto Pascual lab at the Instituto de Biomedicina de Sevilla (IBIS), Spain, where she received her MSc and Ph.D. in Neuroscience (University of Seville). She joined Prof. Tomás Ryan lab in Trinity College Dublin (Ireland), as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. She is currently a Ramón y Cajal Researcher at the University of Jáen, southern Spain.
Paola recently graduated with a BSc in Biology from the University of Jaén, Spain, in 2025. During her undergraduate studies, she was a finalist in the prestigious “Becas Europa” program and received a national award in statistics from the Spanish National Statistics Institute (INE). She conducted her undergraduate research project in the lab, focusing on stablishing molecular and cellular techniques for the study of memory mechanisms. She plans to continue her research as a MSc Student.
