The services provided do not constitute legal or financial advice. While we assist in navigating the Colombian notary and banking systems, clients are encouraged to consult with licensed professionals for specific legal or tax-related decisions.

3. Third-Party Services

Orox Services acts as a facilitator. We are not responsible for the decisions, delays, or outcomes caused by third-party entities, including but not limited to: Colombian government offices (DIAN, Cancillería), banks, real estate agencies, or transportation providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy and safety, Orox Services shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or legal complications arising from the use of our consulting services or the "Bogotá for Dummies" program.

5. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for providing accurate documentation and information. We reserve the right to refuse service if the request involves illegal activities or violates Colombian law.

6. Professional Boundaries & Conduct

Orox Services maintains a strict professional environment. Our consulting, logistics, and concierge services are exclusively business-oriented.

• Zero Tolerance Policy: Any form of sexual harassment, inappropriate behavior, or solicitation toward our staff or partners will result in the immediate termination of services without a refund.

• Physical Distance: To ensure the safety and comfort of both the client and the consultant, a professional distance will be maintained at all times. Our "Fixer" role is logistical and administrative, not personal or social.
