Oroville Municipal Code 2.80.040 - Aircraft parking—Rates.
There is established the following rates to be paid for occupying and using the parking and tie-downs space and the city-owned hangars at the Dorothy Scott International Airport (excluding privately owned hangar space):
(1) Five dollars per night or twenty-five dollars per month for outside parking and tie-down space;
(2) Two and one-half cents per square foot per month for raw land for privately built hangar, plus applicable leasehold tax;
(3) Thirty-five dollars per month for city-owned open hangar space, plus applicable leasehold tax;
(4) Five cents per square foot per month for city-owned closed hangar space, plus applicable leasehold tax;
The phased project will reconstruct, widen, shift and rotate the runway and parallel taxiway.
The airport has airplane fuel for sale. An information kiosk is located outside the main gate. Dorothy Scott International Airport is part of the Fly Washington Passport Program. The stamp is located in a lock box inside the kiosk. The code is the same as for the gate.
