- Classify: Classify if Squirrel or bird

Dispense:
IF Bird release bird feed, log + save photo, start bird cooldown

ELSE
IF Squirrel release squirrel feed, log + save photo, start squirrel cooldown
(cooldowns are shared )

Repeat: After cooldown, return to scanning.
