FABRICATION & ERECTION OF STRUCTURE

Fabrication of heavy/medium/light structures including rolling, blending, drilling on all types of structural sections, plates, pipe section etc. of all thickness & material grade.

Erection of all fabricated structures & structural components at all elevations, performing all rigging activities including preparation of rigging plans, welding, bolting activities at field, aligning, torque, tightening & completion of all activities.

ERECTION OF STATIC & ROTARY EQUIPMENT

Erection of static and rotary equipment of all weights at all locations and elevations performing all handling operations like loading unloading, alignment of equipment with and without piping hookup.

STRUCTURAL WORK

Prefabrication of 400 MT buildup section of beam from plate thickness 45 mm web and 25mm flanges.

Prefabrication and sub assembly of 445 MT structure from buildup section.

Erection of 445 MT sub assembly in six sections at position, total height of structure more than 65 meter by using 250 T Telescopic and 450 T Crawler Crane, performing all rigging plans, alignment, torque tightening and completion of all activities.

FABRICATION & ERECTION OF PIPING

Fabrication of Radiography quality piping material of different thickness, grade including Carbon Steel, Carbon Steel of NACE specifications, LTCS, all grades of stainless steels.

Erection of all piping & pining components including valves, tagged items, inline equipment, performing all rigging activities, including scaffolding preparation of rigging plants, alignments, all type of supporting, testing, box up all other associated works in all height.

Preheating posting & post weld heat treatment operations including mobilizing necessary equipment, consumables & measurement aids

Dye penetrates test, magnetic particle inspection & radiographic inspection of weld joints including mobilization of equipment & consumables.
