Tamarin Game Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Tamarin Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the game.

2. Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years old to play Tamarin Game. By accessing or using the game, you must be sure you are 13+

3. User Conduct

• Respect for Others: You agree to treat all other players with respect at all times. This includes refraining from harassment, bullying, threats, or any other form of abusive behavior.

• Respect for Beliefs: Making fun of anyone's beliefs is strictly prohibited and may result in a ban.

• Game Integrity: Using cheats, mods, or any other unauthorized methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

• Prohibited Content: You agree not to create, distribute, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.  

• Racism and Hate Speech: Racism and hate speech of any kind are strictly prohibited.

• Slurs: The use of slurs is generally prohibited, with exceptions granted on a case-by-case basis.

• Gorilla Tag Copies: Creating copies of Gorilla Tag within the Tamarin Game server is not recommended and may be subject to restrictions.

• Server Activity: Maintaining sufficient activity within the server is required to retain your role.

• In-Game Communication: The use of the @everyone ping is prohibited for general lobby announcements. Please use the designated @Update Ping channel for self-promotions.

4. Intellectual Property

Tamarin Game and its content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the game.   

5. Limitation of Liability

OrigamiGX Development LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the game.   

6. Modification of Terms

OrigamiGX Development LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the game or website.

7. Termination

OrigamiGX Development LLC may terminate your access to the game at any time, without notice, for any reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State], United States.
