4. Review and Removal Process

After receiving a sufficiently complete copyright infringement notice, we may:

• Review the reported material and the information provided.

• Request additional information where necessary.

• Remove or disable access to material that we reasonably determine may infringe copyright.

• Contact relevant content providers or licensors where appropriate.

• Take other actions that we consider appropriate under applicable law.

Where the DMCA applies, we will seek to respond expeditiously to valid notices.

Submission of a notice does not guarantee automatic removal of the reported material.

5. Counter-Notification

If content has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice and the affected party believes that the removal occurred because of mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notification.

A counter-notification should include:

2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and where the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the person has a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification.

4. The person's name, address, telephone number, and email address.

5. Where required by applicable law, a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States Federal District Court and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who submitted the original copyright notice or their agent.

6. Restoration of Content

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may provide a copy to the person who submitted the original infringement notice.

Where required or permitted under applicable law, removed content may be restored unless the original complaining party informs us that they have initiated appropriate legal proceedings regarding the disputed material.

7. Repeat Infringement

Where applicable, we reserve the right to restrict access to content, remove material, suspend associated functionality, or take other reasonable action regarding repeated or serious copyright infringement.

8. Misrepresentation
