Bioinformatics analysis of data from various sources

Using a variety of biological data sources, such as proteomics, DNA arrays and reviewing citations in the literature to understand connections between biological phenomena (such as metastatic) and gene expression in different cells and connections between different diseases and between different gene expression in different diseases to reveal connections between them.
