Despite ORHCW's numerous efforts, the NGO's funds are insufficient to meet the objectives set by its founder, Mr. Vijay Pal. For years, he managed single-handedly, pooling funds from his own earnings and savings. While donations have started to pour in, they are insufficient. Although a large team of volunteers has joined to mobilize activities and services, financial constraints and bureaucratic hurdles continue to impede the NGO's progress.
