Here, i'll show some things that were changed across development.

Newspaper

In previews 1 and 2, this early newspaper can be seen.

The newspaper from Preview 3. Same as final, but without the "lighting", and the shape of Doggy's portrait is off.

Finalized newspaper, from Preview 4 onwards.

Cameras

In previews 2 and 3, a variable for the cameras is visible.

In preview 4+, there is no more camera variable. Also, the Power text glitch started here.

Doors

Most early versions use this simplistic door design...

which was changed in Preview 7, for the character's creator.

Interestingly enough, from GameJolt versions v1.0.5 onwards, this new door design with quite the resemblance to the early door.

Jumpscares

As seen in the Untitled-test project, Doggy's jumpscare originally lacked half of his teeth.

After it was officially implemented, Doggy's jumpscare was fixed to have all his teeth.

Footage of My Game

The only pre-release video released is this 5-minute video of a build from August 18, 2024, or almost 3 months (or 88 days) before release. It predates Preview 2, so it has that vibe from Preview 1. It's actually more likely that this IS preview 1, as having such a different look 2 days before the next preview is basically impossible.

Fun fact: The thumbnail of the video is the same as the GameJolt thumbnail, minus the text at the bottom, which was removed.
