1. *Refunds*

   - Refund requests are applicable only for unused or partially used courses.

   - Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

   - The refund process will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving a valid request and will be completed within 5-7 working days.

2. *Cancellations*

   - Subscriptions cannot be canceled once activated.

   - For one-time purchases, cancellations can only be requested prior to accessing the course materials.

3. *Non-Refundable Items*

   - Courses accessed/downloaded completely.

   - Promotional or discounted purchases.

4. *Process*

   - Submit a refund or cancellation request via organizerclasses@gmail.com. Provide your transaction ID and reason for the request.

   - Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
