This Privacy Policy explains how Organize.me ("the app") handles your information. Organize.me is designed with privacy as a core principle  your data stays on your device and is never transmitted to any external server.

DATA COLLECTION

Organize.me does not collect personal data. All information is stored locally on your device only:

1. Notes, To-Do Lists & Reminders

Anything you write or add stays in your private app storage on your device. It is never uploaded or transmitted anywhere.

2. Photos & Files

Photos and files you attach to entries are saved privately on your device. Never transmitted to any external server.

2. Folders & Organisation

Your folder structure, names, and settings are stored locally. Not shared with anyone.

4. App Preferences

Settings such as dark mode, haptics, and app version are saved locally. Not shared with anyone.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

All data stays on your device and is used solely to:

• Display your folders, notes, tasks, reminders, photos, and files

• - Send reminders you schedule (via local notifications only)

• - Restore your preferences between sessions

No data is analysed, profiled, or used for any other purpose.

DATA SHARING

We do not share any data with third parties. Organize.me contains no analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party frameworks that collect or transmit data.

PERMISSIONS

Organize.me requests the following permissions only when you choose to use those features:

• Camera: Used only when you choose to attach a photo to an entry.

• - Photo Library: Used only when you choose to import photos from your library.

• - Notifications: Used only to deliver reminders you set within the app. No remote push notifications are used.

You can revoke these permissions at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security.

YOUR RIGHTS

Since Organize.me stores all data locally on your device and collects no personal information, there is no data held by us to access, correct, or delete. You are in full control at all times. You can delete any entry within the app or remove all data by uninstalling the app.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes in a future update, the updated policy will be included with the app update and reflected here.
