Lodging is now being adjusted. We are planning to keep rooms of the lodge in NINS at Okazaki, very near to the conference venue, for participants.
For participants who wish to book the lodge in NINS at Okazaki, please consult the corresponding questions in the registration form.

We are pleased to announce that our proposal has been accepted by the IMS Research Meeting (joint reserch program provided by IMS, NINS), and we are now able to provide partial financial support for participants' travel expenses.
The details of the support are as follows:
Accommodation: A fixed allowance equivalent to the cost of staying at the lodge for two nights (2,600 JPY x 2 nights) will be provided. This amount will be provided to all eligible participants, regardless of where they choose to stay.
Daily Allowance: Provided for Day 1 and Day 3.
Lunch on Day 2: Provided by the organizers (for those who requested it in the registration form).
Transportation Costs: Please note that round-trip transportation expenses will not be covered.
If you wish to decline this travel support, or if you would now like to additionally request lunch for Day 2, please contact the organizing committee as soon as possible.
分子研研究会に採択いただいたため、参加者の旅費を一部支給することが可能となりました。
具体的な支給内容は、下記の通りです。
宿泊費：1日目と2日目の夜にロッジに宿泊した額相当（2,600円 x 2泊分）を支給（ロッジ以外に宿泊する方も対象だが支給額はロッジに宿泊した場合と同額）
日当：1日目および3日目の分を支給
2日目の昼食：有機固体若手の会から支給（事前のアンケートで希望した者が対象）
交通費：往復の交通費の支給はいたしかねますこと、ご了承ください
