The evidence and facilitation scales in the ORCA instrument are framed in terms of a specific evidence-based practice change. Establishing the description and evidence-statement at the beginning of the survey is critical for these 2 scales. For the ACC study (the revised survey that’s attached) they had 2 distinct clinical practice changes they were trying to make (an evidence-based dosing algorithm and a patient-tracking dashboard), so they had separate evidence questions for each.
