+Beginning in the 2024-25 school year, all Oregon school districts, and public charter schools are required to implement one of the ODE Synthetic Opioid Prevention Lessons at each grade level (grade 6, 7, 8 and at least once in high school).
+Oral Health Education: School districts must provide age-appropriate instruction in oral health. The standards shall prescribe the grades in which instruction in oral health is provided to students. (ORS 336.473) (2025-26)
+Organ and Tissue Donation: In grades 9 - 12 districts must provide instruction on organ and tissue donation and education. (ORS 336.474) (2025-26)
