If you have not yet entered your Officer's List, please do it now so that Oregon PTA has your current board contact information.
The best practice is to upload your approved Standing Rules and Budget after your first general membership meeting, as well as any new memberships. You have until November 30 to upload the rest of your UGS requirements: Annual audit, taxes, CT-12, insurance and year-end financials. All of this is to be uploaded on the Oregon PTA website. If you need help logging in, please contact region4@oregonpta.org
Note: In addition to these required documents, some PTA units may also need to file an annual report with the Oregon Secretary of State. This is not a required Oregon PTA document, but for some it is required by the State of Oregon. If you are a new board member and are unsure, first try reaching out to your previous PTA treasurer or president. This report is generally submitted by one of them. You can check if your PTA has an annual report completed using their search form.
