Pastor John Naw Seng was born on May 27, 1977. He is the husband of Cherry Mun Ja and the father of Ruth Ja Seng Ing. He was growing up in a good Christian family. He graduated High School at Myitkyina City, Kachin State, in Myanmar.

He was born again on April 15, 1997, by the message of Ephesians 2:8 for it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God. He acknowledged his call to preach and serve in ministry.

He graduated Bachelor of Theology from Bharat Bible College at Andhra Pradesh State, India in March 2001.

He graduated Master of Divinity from Berean Baptist Bible Seminary at Karnataka State, India, in March 2003.

He was called to serve at Oregon Myanmar Christian Church on February 12, 2012. His favorite scripture is 1 Timothy 2:4 who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth.

He believed that John 1:12 Yet to all who did receive him, to those who believed in His name, he gave the right to become children of God.

He is acceptable of believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith and purity.
