End of the Very High Ranks (VHR) Now, this is where it starts to get difficult to understand. Administration and Moderation have been split into 2 different departments. Only VHRs and The head of Moderation have the ability to tell lower ranks what to do (except inter-department conversations, I.E. a Senior Mod tells a Trainee Mod what to do.)
