Ordizy ("Ordizy", "we", "us", or "our") provides restaurant management and point-of-sale tools that help restaurants manage menus, products, coupons, orders, sales reports, branches, and POS operations.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you use the Ordizy mobile application and related services.

Ordizy processes this information to provide the services requested by the restaurant.
Ordizy may process limited payment-related information such as payment status, payment method, and transaction reference where applicable.
Ordizy does not require or intentionally store full payment card numbers, card CVVs, banking passwords, or ATM PINs for its normal restaurant-management functionality.
Where third-party payment providers are used, those providers process payments under their own terms and privacy policies.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Measures may include encrypted network communication, authentication and authorization controls, secure token handling, access controls, monitoring, logging, and infrastructure security.
No internet-based service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should keep their credentials confidential and contact us immediately if they believe an account has been compromised.
We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide Ordizy, maintain business and order records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain security.

The Ordizy mobile application may not use browser cookies in the same way as a traditional website. Our services or third-party providers may nevertheless use local storage, authentication tokens, device identifiers, analytics identifiers, or similar technologies for authentication, security, functionality, analytics, and performance.
Ordizy may integrate with third-party services for infrastructure, analytics, authentication, notifications, payments, or other functionality. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies.
Depending on our infrastructure and service providers, information may be processed or stored in countries other than where you are located. Where required by law, we will take appropriate measures for international data transfers.
If you use Ordizy through a restaurant or organization, its authorized administrators may be able to manage your staff account, view your role, manage access, view operational activity, or disable your account.
Questions about business-account administration should generally be directed to the restaurant or organization managing your account.
Users are responsible for ensuring that information entered into Ordizy is accurate and up to date, including restaurant, branch, product, pricing, coupon, tax, and order information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We may update the "Last Updated" date and publish the revised policy through the application or our website.
If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
